Know Your Orchestra - Bongo Fortissimo

UPDATE: As noted by Alert reader Jim D, this six-valve premium version of the Bongo Fortissimo required the primary bongoist to employ an assistant bongoist to man the valves for diatonic semitone modulation. So, technically speaking, this is a photo of the more versatile Chromatic Bongo Fortissimo, famously used on the legendary chamber music double album by Martin Denny, "My Jungle is a Moist Sitting Room of the Mayan Inca Sun Goddess with Tempura Shrimp and a Side of Potstickers".

What a great picture - - - that's the 6-valved version, which some people (not to name names, Flackheim!) claim never went past the prototype phase. It's good to finally see some proof it was not only built, but released to the public!
